He was predeceased by: his sons, Christopher and Timothy; and his daughter-in-law Michelle O'Mara. He is survived by: his wife Helen O'Mara; his children, Meighan McGovern (Pete) and Katherine Mears (Bob); his daughter-in-law Margaret O'Mara; his siblings, William "Bud" (Linda), Thomas O'Mara (Rosemary) of Ruthann O'Mara, S. S. J., Margaret Hennelly Bergin (late Al) and Florence Hartman (Bob); and his grandchildren, Hailey, Christopher Jr. (Alyssa), Maggie, Ryan, Lindsey, Jack, Finn, McKenna and Bobby.
