She was predeceased by: her brother Harpley Chase. She is survived by: her son Anthony Chase (Tony); her husband Samuel; her stepdaughter Susan Calloway (Delaware); her grandchildren, Tamiesha Chase, Teon Pinder and Keisha Callender; her great grandchild Barbados; her stepgrandson Ian Goodge (California); her cousins, Pauline Barker (Georgia), Angela Chase (New York), Margaret Chase (New York), Erin Harewood (England), Edlyn Hinkson (Canada), Deane Millicent (Massachusetts) and Erlene Straker (Massachusetts); her nephews, Robert Blackman and Chrispopher Jemmopp (Barbados); her niece Wendy Wharton (Pennsylvania); her godson Jamar Dick (Pennsylvania); her friends, Thelma Boyd (Pennsylvania), Ermie, Wayne Dick (Pennsylvania), Edythe Simmons (Georgia) and Garrett Hill; her brother Henry Forde; and also Bethel.

Over the recent months, amidst the pandemic and her medical diagnosis, Ianthe faced the challenges privately with dignity and grace.
