He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Cook (Patti). He is survived by: his daughter Caitlin (Dan Harkins); his son-in-law Dan; his grandson Danny; his wife Diane P. Rufo; his grandson Daniel Edward Harkins; and his siblings, Bill Cook (Nancy), Philip Cook (Ann Marie), Jean Murray (Tim) and Jim Cook.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to either the American Diabetes Association or St. Denis Parish.
