He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Connelly and Catherine Connelly (Corrigan). He is survived by: his sister Ann Martin (Keith). He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews and 3 great nieces.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in his name to Abramson Cancer Center, 3400 Civic Center Boulevard Philadelphia, PA 19104 Services and interment are private for the family.
