It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Raymond Ashwell of Ardmore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Ashwell Jr. and Helen; and his siblings, John III, Lois and Loretta.
He is survived by: his spouse MaryLiz; his children, Brian (Rakesh), Kevin, Julie Schorza (Steve), Michael, Gracie, Gavin and Callie; and his siblings, Donald, Helen Flynn (John) and Joan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Stretch Funeral Home (236 E Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Denis Church (2401 St Denis Ln, Havertown, PA 19083).
