He is survived by: his wife Paulette Burke Petrikovicz; his stepdaughters, Jacqueline Nicholas (Edward), Olyphant, Maureen Krapf (Robert Stelmak) and Scranton; and his stepgrandchildren, Nicole, Nathan Nicholas and Wyatt Stelmak.
