He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Pawling-Clarkson and Ruth Pawling-Clarkson; his grandmother Kraft; his children, Eric (Nancy Romanovich-Clarkson) and Lorie Clarkson-Kapacs (Danny); his wife Alice Chernansky-Clarkson; and his siblings, Paul and Mary.
Richie was very proud of the lives he touched in many ways, but he was most proud of the people he helped through his donations of blood to the Red Cross, having donated more than 22 gallons throughout his life.
