He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kelly and Teresa Pidgeon Kelly; and his siblings, Mary and Edwin. He is survived by: his wife Florence Merrick Kelly; his daughter Mary Houser (Douglas) of Chantilly, VA; and his grandsons, Jonathan and Matthew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
