He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Polednak and Helen Gurnik Polednak; and his son Michael Gerard Polednak III. He is survived by: his children, Arlene Nowak (Andrew), Mayfield (Mark Polednak), Ann Marie (Clifford) and Adrianna Nee (Patrick); his grandchildren, Michael, Jonathan, Angelica Nowak, Jacob, Kaitlyn and Luke Nee; and his brothers, Robert A Polednak and Rev. John V. Polednak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
