She is survived by: her parent Gertrude McCloskey Collins; her children, Joseph Matoushek (Gina Marie), Lynne Patuk (Jessup) and Diane Booths (Lake Ariel); her siblings, William Collins (Cheryl), Sharon Plevyak, Archbald, Kathleen Phillips (Garry), Carbondale, Daryle Collins, Olyphant Michlowski, Margaret Michlowski (William) and Peckville; and her sister-in-law Ann Eibach of Scranton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
