He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mazza and Rose Migliaccio Mazza; his siblings, Erma Guarini and Dominic "Mickey" Mazza; his uncle Tony Migliaccio; his siblings, Francis Migliaccio and Mary Marra; and his uncle Santo (Sadie Mazza).
He is survived by: his wife Bridget Trovato; his children, Rosemary Cranston (Kenneth), Louis Mazza, Carmelo Mazza and John Mazza (Wendy); his grandsons, John, Kenny, Christopher and Tyler Cranston; his sons, Gia and Giuliana Mazza; his sister Santina Palazzari; and his siblings-in-law, Ada Mazza, Carmelo (Trovato) and Nancy Trovato. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louis' name to Hospice of the Sacred Heart, 100 William St. Dunmore, PA 18512.
