He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Borgna; and his brothers, Leonard and Andrew. He is survived by: his father Leonard Mitchko; his sons, John E. Mitchko (Melissa) and Corey (Elizabeth Heller); and his siblings, Lorri Santarelli, Shelly Mitchko, Jennifer Mitchko, Jackie Mitchko, Dave Mitchko (Lisa) and Michael (Jennifer).
