She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lasichak and Anna Chup Lasichak. She is survived by: her siblings, Ruthann Lasichak of Jermyn and John. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives and friends.
Facial masks must be worn and all social distancing rules apply at both the funeral home and church.
