He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tuffy and Ann Flynn Tuffy; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Chester. He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Tuffy and Kevin Tuffy (Kaitlin); and his siblings, Ann Chester, James Tuffy (Deborah) and Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
