She was predeceased by: her parents, Cataldo Guarnieri and Catherine Nole Guarnieri; and her stepsister Rosalie DeRiggi (Fred). She is survived by: her caregivers, Colleen, Maria, Robyn, Tricia and Kathy; her sons, Samuel DeLeo Jr. (Doreen) and John DeLeo (Deborah) of Cocoa Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Jena, Erika, Staci, John Jr. and Jessica; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Elliette; her siblings, Salvatore Guarnieri, Regina Guarnieri and Mary Ann Petrillo; her siblings-in-law, Therese Guarnieri, Mary Ricken and Pete DeLeo; and her cousins, Arlene and Bob Kontura. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
