Kossman Jr. of Archbald, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George G. Kossman Sr.; and his siblings, Deneen Sampson and John. He is survived by: his mother Jean Kossman (Fagerlin) of Forest City; his stepchildren, Tammy Moxen of New Milford, Jill Cielski of Scranton, Nick Cielski of Archbald, Eric Cielski of Archbald and Brad Cielski of Scranton; and his siblings, Barb Shouse of Carbondale, Ruth Gonsauls of Browndale and Lance Kossman of Forest City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
