She is survived by: her sons, Brian Fitzsimmons (Ann) of Dallas, PA, Kevin Fitzsimmons (Theresa Lee), Mayfield and Timothy Fitzsimmons (Deanna Royce); her grandson Stephen Fitzsimmons; her sister-in-law Carol Kearney of Lake Spangenberg; her niece Collen Ward of Archbald; and her siblings, John Ingoldsby (Angie) of Passaic, NJ and Mercedes Ingoldsby Kearney (Robert C.) of Lake Spangenberg.
