He was predeceased by: his brothers, Leo Jr. and Gerald. He is survived by: his children, Megan Rutkowski, David (N. J.) and Paul (Yon Nepa, Las); his grandchildren, Scott, Jake Rutkowski, Leah and Kayla Nepa; and his siblings, Paul, Louis, Carmine, Casey, James Nepa, Michelle Criscera, Rosemary Poronsky, Jacqueline Gribble and Marlene Fierro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests donations to Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Williams Street, Dunmore; or VNA Hospice, Delaware Street, Olyphant.
