He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toye and Eileen Allen Toye; his brother Stephen; and his brother-in-law Paul Swepppenheiser. He is survived by: his wife Leah Chindemi Toye; his children, Stephanie (Edmund Feliciano), Molly Toye and David; his siblings, Kathleen Toye (John Whitman), Debbie Sweppenheiser of Factoryville, Bill (Christine), Greg (Patti), Doug (Kathy) and Michael (Kim); and his grandsons, Leo Feliciano and Michael Novak.
