She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sabastion (Tom Morello) and Gia; her children, Michaelene, Richard, Danielle and Domonick; her grandchildren, Sabastian, Giavanna, Bentley and Phoenix; and her siblings, Phyllis Humphrey, Mary Neckonechni, Candida Motisko, Kathleen Dicarluccio, Michael Motisko, Kenneth Motisko, Alan Motisko and Monte Motisko.
