She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Pelachyk; her parents, John Shust and Mary Shust; and her sisters, Lubov Gallagher and Evelyn Jadick.
She is survived by: her daughter Nina Houman (Larry); her granddaughters, Brianna (Kaitlyn Houman) and Mayfield; her brother John Shust; and her niece Evie Virbitsky. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
