He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Ely. He is survived by: his mother Charlene Ely (Brizak) of Archbald; his stepparent Lee Roy James; and his children, Jaymee Bolsar of Sunbury and Jayden Ely of Jermyn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
