He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Mumaw and Ruth Marie Mumaw (Wise); and his brother John Mumaw. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. (Barto); his children, Rebecca Moyes (Charles) of New Kensington, Cynthia Bidlack (Bryan) of Somerset, NJ and William C. Mumaw, II (Laura) of Slippery Rock; his grandchildren, Charles Moyes, III (Seonyoung), Kiersten Dykstra (Eric), Aaron Bidlack, Alexa Bidlack, Benjamin Mumaw and Adam Mumaw; his great grandchild Joel Dykstra; and his sister-in-law LaRue Mumaw of Apollo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
