He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter K. Knell and Betty G. Knell (Hetrick). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Knell (Lisa) of McMurray, Christopher Knell (Fran) of San Diego, CA and Amanda "Mandy" Baggaley of England; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Knell, Rebecca Knell, Jeffery Knell, Alex Knell, Jack Baggaley, Annabel Baggaley, Tim and Walt.
