She was predeceased by: her parent Altai E.; her husband Melvin J. Lookhart, Sr.; her daughter Juanita M. Green; and her brother Altai "Herkie" Culp, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Margaret C. Culp, Sr. (Lott); her children, April L. Mazur (Craig) of Bell Township, Michael E. Lookhart of Apollo, Mark A. Lookhart (Vivian) of Apollo, Brian M. Lookhart (Luanna) of North Apollo, Melvin J. Lookhart, Jr. (Robin) of North Apollo, Richard A. Lookhart of Apollo, Donald M. Lookhart (Kelly) of Fort Mill, SC and Peggy M. Grant (Michael) of North Apollo; and her siblings, Lewis J. "Lou" Culp (Margaret) of Bell Township, Nelson E. Culp of Mountain Home, Janice F. Wilson of Durant, OK and Catherine Mattu (Joseph) of Gilpin Township. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren.
