He is survived by: his wife Tracy Mae Fairman Sallade; his children, Thomas Sallade Jr. (Kira) of Kiski Twp, Teonia Dova of Apollo, Samuel Walker (Tonya) of Leechburg, Cassandra Walker (Eric May) of Apollo, James Walker of Apollo and Kailey Crutchmen of Pittsburgh; his siblings, Katherine Stone of Apollo, Claudia Grimm of North Carolina and Gary Sallade (Krissy) of Vandergrift; his mother-in-law Sylvia Fairman of Leechburg; and his sister-in-law Kim Snyder of Leechburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
