He is survived by: his children, Theodore B. Magee Jr. (Crystal McCarthy), Robert S. Magee and Lisa M. Magee; and his siblings, Thomas J. Magee of Fresno, CA, Loretta "Susie" George of Parks Township, Linda G. Benninger (Raymond) of Apollo, Lois E. Smith (Thomas) of Trafford and Sharon L. Botti (Steve) of Boise, ID. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
