She is survived by: her husband John Zaffuto of Apollo; her son Steven Pattrick Sexton (Brandi) of Indiana; her stepchildren, Justin Zaffuto of Indiana and Liana Zaffuto of Vandergrift; her sister Patty Silvis (Jim) of Homer City; and her grandchildren, Cody Sexton, Hunter Sexton, Gabriella Sexton and Erica Sexton of Indiana, PA. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren.
