He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Churma and Barbara Churma (Kriso); his son Dr. Stephen W. Churma; his grandson Kody J. Churma; and his sister Agnes Evan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Ann Churma (Stawiany); his sons, Dr. William Churma and Duane Churma (Laurie); his grandchildren, Christopher, William, Brooke and Shane; and his siblings, Joseph Churma (Sheila), John Churma (Audrey) and Maryann Maddigan (Daniel). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members, friends.
