She is survived by: her parent Tammie Hazlett of Iselin; her grandfather William Hazlett of Clune, PA; her uncles, Edward Hazlett (Kathy) of Clune and William "Bill" Hazlett of Acme; her cousins, Daniel Poole (Nicole) of North Apollo, Chelsey Astolos of Graceton, Stephen Hazlett of Clune, Brendan Hazlett (Kelly) of Clune, Kailyn Bowser of Blairsville, Bradley and Allison Hazlett of Acme; and her close friend Brandan Platt of Erie. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
