We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2025, at the age of 89, Shirley Jean Stephenson (Apollo, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Jean Stephenson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph H. Stephenson; her parents, Ward Hoover and Helen Hoover (Maurey); and her siblings, Richard Hoover, Betty Hoover Maskrey and Kenneth Hoover.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Bigler, Brian Stephenson (Jessica) and Jackie Mowen (Sean); and her grandchildren, Marty, Hollie, Caleb, Joe, Zach, Colby, Hunter and Dalton. She is also survived by Nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Corridoni Funeral Services (1916 Moore Ave, Apollo, PA 15673). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Wounded Warriors, or Fisher House in Shirley's memory.
