It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Boylstein (Apollo, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Smith and Violet L. Smith (Kline); her daughter Jessica L. North (Fox); her siblings, Alice "Kay" Ferro (Smith), Donald J. Smith, Sr. and Carl Edward Smith; and her nephew Steven Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ron E. Boylstein; her daughters, Stephanie L. Smith (Jamie) of Latrobe and Jennifer N. Gibbons (Josh Frain) of Vandergrift; her grandchildren, Brittany, Justin, Kayla, Brendon, Joshua, Emma, Miranda, Lilah and Violet; her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Jayce, Connor and Ellie; and her brother Rick E. Smith (Linda) of Ford City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
