She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey L. Wolford and Helen L. George Wolford. She is survived by: her husband Donald Leroy Blystone; her daughters, Sherri Lynn Rago (Tracy) of Parks Township and Deborah Ann Luke (Denny) of Kittanning; and her grandchildren, Ashley Lynn Kohley (Nicholas) of Saxonburg and Cody Christopher Aites of Washington Township.
