He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Shank, Sr. and Martha Shank (Austin); his wife Marian L. Shank (Floyd); his son Alan Floyd Shank, Sr.; his grandchildren, Jacob William Brayshaw and Kristen Ann Tvrdovsky; and his sisters, Ethelyn F. Haney and Helen Shank.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Shank (Carole) of Kiski Township, Kevin B. Shank (Mary) of Kiski Township and Royanne Brayshaw (William) of Kiski Township; and his daughter-in-law Susan Shank. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
