He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rubright and Annabelle Rubright (Christy); his son-in-law Kenneth Swank; and his brother Robert "Bob" Rubright. He is survived by: his wife Judy K. Rubright (Irvin); his daughters, Paula Ann Fannin (Jeffery) of Apollo and Tammy S. Swank of Apollo; his grandchildren, Jenna A. Boarts (Jared) of Apollo, Mitchel T. Fannin of Apollo and Dalton Z. Swank of Apollo; his great grandchild Owen; and his brother Charles Rubright of Export. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
