He was predeceased by : his father Paul Coulter; and his nephew Jody Adams. He is survived by : his mother Eva Hartman Coulter of Apollo; his siblings, Susan Marienfeld of Apollo, Patty Coulter of Lower Burrell and Ken Coulter (Cheri) of Apollo; and his nephews, Edward Adams and Ryan Coulter.
