He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Hoover and Mary Helen Maurey Hoover; and his sister Betty Jane Maskery. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley J. Stephenson of Waynesboro and Kenneth Hoover (Karen) of Vandergrift. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
