He was predeceased by: his father Richard D. Fennell Sr.; and his daughter Brittany Fennell. He is survived by: his mother Karen S. Szczesniak Fennell of New Kensington; his daughter Amber Fennell (James Shirley) of Lower Burrell; his grandchildren, Addison Takosky and Carson Bayer; and his sister Kirsten Howe (Tammy Dimsho-Marmo) of Parma, OH..
