She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo R. Myers and Jennie R. Myers (Myers); her husband Clyde Howard Klingensmith; her great grandchild Nathaniel Lee Cummings; and her sisters, Alvina Polka, Eleanor Shellhammer and Elise Reed.

She is survived by: her children, Glen R. Klingensmith (Nancy) of Parks Township, Daniel Klingensmith (Nikki) of Apollo, Cathy Dominick (Tim) of Freeport and Joyce Klingensmith (Eric) of West Leechburg; and her brother Dean Myers (Brandy) of Kittanning. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
