With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pearl Elsie (Pierce) Bertino (Apollo, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 11, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Pierce and Gladys Pierce (Hyart); her husband Steve Bertino; her son Clayton "Pete" Bertino; her stepsons, Henry and Frank; her grandson Stephen A. Bertino; and her stepson Greg Lattanzi.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Bertino (Brenda) of Apollo, Steve Bertino of Tionesta, Jeffrey Bertino of Indiana, Donna Pickett of Anderson, IN and Theresa Mangan (Bob) of Apollo; her stepdaughter Geraldine Knepshield of Leechburg; her daughter-in-law Sue Bertino of Leechburg; and her siblings, Samuel Paul Pierce (Wilda) of Washington Township, Bill Pierce of Leechburg, Lois Walker of Apollo, Carol Dunn of New York, Irene Bowman of Erie and Florence King of Apollo. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; many great-grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in Pearl's memory.
