She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph William McCormick and Betty "Mac" McCormick (McCombs); and her brother Ralph Dale McCormick. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Cyphert; her son Eric Cyphert (Amanda) of Vandergrift; her grandchildren, William, Lukas, Andrew and Abigail; and her sister Linda Volosin (Dave) of Jamestown, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
