He was predeceased by: his parents, Vindle Kosicek and Laura P. Kosicek (Wolfe); his brother Thomas V. Kosicek; his nephew Caleb Altmire; and his niece MacKenzie Laura Altmire.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ann Shirley (Bob) of Kiski Township, Linda Waitkus (Ed) of Spring Church, Rose Bush (Kim) of Washington Township and Kimberly Altmire (Robert) of Kiski Township; his sister-in-law Nancy Kosicek of Latrobe; and his close friend Sharon Albert of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
