He is survived by: his wife Joyce Davis Courtney; his sons, Tom Courtney of Salina, Jim Courtney (Cheri) of Alexandria and Andy Courtney of Saltsburg; and his siblings, Wanda Rice (Ron) of Evans City, Laura Piggott (Rick) of Lakewood, Madelyn Mincer of New York, Betty Jane Whittine of Virginia, Bonnie Stockowiak of Freedom and Sam Courtney (Carol) of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great- grandchildren.
