He was predeceased by: his mother Cora M. Frain (Pitel). He is survived by: his father Michael E. Lookhart of Apollo; his grandparents, Melvin and Violet Lookhart; his aunt Juanita Green (Lookhart); his fiancé Ashly Plazio of East Vandergrift; his sons, Brandon, Tyler and Owen Lookhart; his siblings, Jayson Lookhart of North Apollo, Dawn Marie Frain of Spring Church and Brenda May Frain of Spring Church; and his nephews, Ryan, Nathan and Carter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
