She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bell and Harriet Shondelmyer (Shelkey); her husband Richard E. Keltz, Sr.; her son John R. Keltz; and her siblings, William, Robert, Gary, Charles, Donald, Hannah Jean, Hazel and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Keltz (Debra) of East Vandergrift, Darcy Keltz of Kiski Township and Patricia Keltz (Mark Kerr) of East Vandergrift; her grandchildren, Jason, John, Suzie (David) and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Donavon, Alayna, Ethan, Zachary and Megan; her great great grandchild Logan; and her sister Katherine Shondelmyer of Bell Township. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
