He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Barr, Sr. and Audrey Barr (Westwood). He is survived by: his wife Laura Lee Barr (Waltenbaugh); his children, Lana D. Marsh (Samuel) of Valencia, Linda L. White (Thomas) of Avonmore and William A. Barr (Lexi "Larry" Couch) of Leechburg; his grandchildren, Bailey White of Avonmore, Kyra Savrese of Valencia and James White of Avonmore; his sister Connie Costrini (John) of Spring Church; and his nephews, Christopher and David Costrini.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a charity of one's choice in Bud's memory.
