He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly Slagle Leavens (Gerald) of Kittanning, Terry Slagle of Kittanning, John Slagle (Dawn) of Kittanning and Ben Slagle (Natasha) of Kittanning; his stepchildren, Matt Berkey and Elicia Berkey; and his stepgrandson Eric Berkey.
