He was predeceased by: his parents, William Talmadge and Ethel Dunmire Talmadge; and his brother Byron Talmadge. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jordan Mclaughlin of Vandergrift and Kelly McLaughlin of Apollo; and his brother Billie Talmadge of Washington Twp.
