He is survived by: his wife Loretta Sappe Riggle of Kepple Hill; and his children, Linda Wise (Larry) of North Apollo, Robert Riggle (Ellen) of Myrtle Beach and Thomas Riggle (Annette) of Parks Township. He is also survived by fifteen greatgrandchildren.
