It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Holt of Apollo, Pennsylvania, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on July 4, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Earlie Mae Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Mama D" Caviness Holt; his children, James Edward Holt Jr. of Coraopolis and Courtney Holt of Pittsburgh; his stepchildren, Terri Penn, Andrea Penn, Eileen Penn, Andrea Freeman and Yvette Kelley; and his sister Larita Taylor (Torry Jones) of Arnold. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
